Run to the Hops Fresh Hop IPA

Pacific Northwest Fresh Hop IPA. Falconer’s Flight hops used in the kettle for a big tropical flavor, 60 pounds of fresh Chinook hops from Crosby Hop Farm in the hopback, and dry hopped with Citra hops in the fermenter for a big citrus and grapefruit aroma.

Fresh Hop Flam Tap IPA

Our flagship Flam Tap IPA gets a little extra love this time of year when we get to make it with freshly harvested hops from Goschie Farms. This year we added over 100lbs of unprocessed Centennial hops to our classic IPA, giving it a huge aroma of pine and citrus, boosted further by dry hopping

East Glisan Mosaic

This IPA is loaded with classic “C” hops and dry hopped with Mosaic hops for a mango/pine/stone fruit/dank herbal aroma. Dedicated to our friends at East Glisan Pizza Lounge and named among Willamette Week’s Ten Best IPA’s in Portland of 2018.
